Ratna + Rohini Aunty | Portraits

Ratna is my twin sister. Well, not really but the whole world seems to think so that sometimes I believe it myself. We are both tall, have very expressive faces, love to dance like no one is watching, and make all kinds of funny faces and random actions. We are known as a crazy duo – She’s like my other half and we have increased each others’ life span by at least 20 years with the amount of laughing we do.

Ratna asked me to a mother-daughter session for her and her mom, Rohini Aunty. (Just a little tid bit – in Indian culture, we call all of our elders as “aunty” or “uncle” whether or not we are related, this is a show of respect). Ratna grew up in Indonesia and her parents still live there and Aunty was visiting here for a few weeks. So, we walked around the UES and through Central Park to take some casual photos of my best friend and her loving mom. I hope you all like them:

Cape Cod | Vacation

Cape Cod | Around

Happy Monday! I just like this picture – I was out in Cape Cod for a few days relaxing and working on my tan, and saw this cool old truck while at a random gas station. Just thought I’d post it.  I’ll be editing a few more pics from my little vacation and posting them soon, but for now…the truck.

Lisa + Pete | Wedding

I second shot for Autumn recently for Lisa and Pete’s wedding in Middletown, CT. I LOVED this wedding so much. Lisa and Pete were so much fun and I felt so welcome the whole day. The venue was a barn and so rustic and lovely! I really had a wonderful time, learned so much from Autumn and felt like I had known Lisa and Pete for years…I wish them all the best!

I had a lot of fun processing these pics, and please bear with me because I posted a lot of them!
